Do you know that the largest movement in mortgages currently is due to clients who choose to refinance now, instead of waiting for their terms to come due? That’s right!!! It’s not house sales, believe it....

People realize that in most cases it’s worth refinancing now. The rates are extremely low, and many clients are saving tens of thousands of dollars by renewing today....
