Victor is straight forward. He always made time for any questions that I had. He worked around my schedule. I did not have to lose time from work to meet with him. What sold me was the way he just opened his laptop up and turned it toward me to show me everything. This was my first mortgage and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed.
